Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements that you conclude with elisadeleersnyder.be. By ordering, you accept the terms and conditions.​

Order
​
You can order via the webshop, then your order will be shipped within 10 working days to the delivery address you specified. If we cannot determine your residential address, the order will not be accepted. Do you live near Koksijde? Then you can pick up your order yourself by appointment. However, payment must be made when ordering via the webshop. For custom design it is possible to pay cash on collection. After you have placed your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email with an overview of your order and cost. If the article you have chosen is no longer available due to an error in the system, we will inform you by e-mail within two working days.

Prices and costs
​
The prices in the webshop are in euros, including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are therefore charged for deliveries within Belgium. Please note: this is a registered shipment via bpost and therefore gives you a guarantee of a good delivery. The cost for a shipment is € 5.00. Outside Belgium, the shipping costs are € 7.00. All our prices are valid per piece, unless stated otherwise.
Payment

You can pay the amount you owe via PayPal / credit card or via bank transfer if you wish. Orders paid via PayPal or credit card for online purchases are shipped within 10 working days. If you pay by bank transfer for orders via email, we will process your order as soon as we have received your payment. We reserve your order for 10 working days. If we have not received payment from you after this period, we will offer the reserved products for sale again and inform you by e-mail.

Delivery
​
elisadeleersnyder.be handles your order and shipment with care. We ship accepted orders as soon as possible in order of arrival and within ten working days. If a delivery cannot take place or cannot take place on time, for example because the ordered items are not in stock, you will be notified no later than 2 working days after you have placed the order. elisadeleersnyder.be is not liable for any damage whatsoever as a result of exceeding the announced delivery times. If your order has been presented three times by BPost and is not picked up at the post office within 15 days, it will be returned to us. The order can then be sent again, but we will charge extra shipping costs for this. If your order is refused at the address you entered, it will be returned to us. We can resend your order, but we will charge shipping costs for this. If you choose not to receive your order anymore, the total amount excluding shipping costs will be refunded to you. Do you live near Koksijde? Then you can pick up your order yourself. Payment must be made when ordering online.

For custom-made designs, you pay an advance in advance via bank transfer with reference number. If the order collection cash. If you should receive the wrong order by mistake, you can return it to us free of charge. We will then send you the correct order as soon as possible. Please do send us an e-mail to info@elisadeleersnyder.be before returning the order. Please note that these terms of delivery do not apply to confection. Repair and warranty
​
Our products are of good quality, but if something should go wrong and you can demonstrate that you are not liable for this, you have a warranty of 1 month after receipt. We will then repair the product free of charge, provided that you still have all the parts. We will charge the costs for a repair after the first month. Please send us an email to info@elisadeleersnyder.be before returning your product. There is no guarantee against discoloration of metal parts. This discoloration is natural and depends on the acidity of your skin. We cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website exactly reflect the actual colors of the products. How the color appears depends on your computer settings.

Liability
​
In a situation of force majeure, the obligations of elisadeleersnyder.be are suspended. If the period in which the force majeure occurs is longer than two months, both you and we have the right to dissolve the agreement without any obligation to pay compensation. Force majeure includes strikes, staff illness, and transport disruptions.

Return guarantee
​
You have 14 days to exchange your order online. If you have received or purchased an order that you are not satisfied with, you must return the purchased goods in the original packaging, undamaged. Please send us an email to info@elisadeleersnyder.be before returning your product.
Goods purchased on site can be exchanged within 14 days for another product of equal value, or a gift voucher valid for one year from the day of purchase.

Goods that have been carried out on demand and to size are not covered by this. Complaints regarding the delivered goods and custom work cannot be accepted if they do not reach us in writing within seven days after collection. Hidden defects must be reported within a short period of time after discovery. FAQ

How much shipping costs do I have to pay?
​
Shipping costs are charged for deliveries within Belgium. Please note: this is a registered shipment via bpost. This gives you the guarantee of a good delivery.
The cost of sending is € 5.00. You must indicate this when checking out under the item 'Shipping & Tax Fees'.
Outside Belgium, the shipping costs are € 7.00.

Do you live near Koksijde? Then you can pick up your order yourself. Payment must be made when ordering online. You will of course receive the already charged shipping costs back in cash. If you do not make an appointment for this, your order will be delivered at home.

What are the payment methods at Elisa Deleersnyder?

- Cash (custom orders & personal collection in Koksijde by appointment)

Custom orders require an advance payment upon design confirmation.
An invoice with reference number for the transfer will then be sent to you by email. Once the design is ready, the outstanding balance of the order can be paid by bank transfer. Your order will either be sent by registered mail. Either collected by the buyer personally. For custom orders, the final balance may also be paid in cash on site.

What is the delivery term?
​
Orders via the webshop that are paid by PayPal or credit card will be shipped within 10 working days.
If you pay by bank transfer for a custom design or if specifically desired, we will ship your order as soon as we have received your payment. This within 10 working days. Unless mutually agreed otherwise.
With custom design, a period is mutually agreed upon when the order must be completed.
Is everything in my order in stock?

In principle, all items offered in the webshop are in stock unless otherwise indicated.
If the article you have chosen is no longer available due to an error in the system, we will inform you by e-mail within two working days.

What should I do if I want to return an order?
